What, Why, & How
Intro to RAPT is my latest iteration of what was previously three consecutive classes designed to prepare participants for RAPT for Life, which is demanding in a neuromuscular coordination sense, and therefore requires some pre-training.
The course has two components:
A lecture component referencing my hand-drawn images of human musculature to show the connections between muscles, joints, and bones (and brain!).
A practice component in which I model the exercises, talk participants through them, and offer verbal/visual cues and feedback. Note: I offer modifications for old and/or resistant joints.
